Establishment and use of information management system for ecological agricultural counties and its quality assurance

This paper discusses importance of establishing information management system for ecological agricultural counties，introduces the structure,primary component and function of this system, pointes out that the data collection and quality assurance are the keys to normal use and developing effect of this system.
