Sustainable development of land use is a key aspect of sustainable development of the socio-economic system．A correct evaluating index system for sustainable development of land use can help to carry out sustainable development strategies．The evaluating index system shoule include two aspects,the dynamic equilibrium and the sustainable use of agricultural sand.
