First-level agricultural region division and strategies for their sustainable develpment

Based on the overall request of "Strategies for Agricultural Technique Program and Development During 1995 to 2010"promulated by the Ministry of Agriculture,the setting up os the first-level agricultural regions,sub-regions and bases were probed into in this paper from the macro-viewpionts of natural ecological conditions,industrial agricultural structures,economic status,rural society,fold customs and humanities.
