Features of Rural Garden Economy and Tactics for Its Development

It was pointed out in this paper that rural garden economy has six advantages in promoting rural development. Then features of rural garden economy in different periods and different regions were also analysed.From ten respects,tactics for promotng garden economy development were presented.
