  • 摘要: 试验研究结果表明,蜡质芽孢杆菌“BC98-Ⅰ”发酵液与抑菌粗提物对黄瓜枯萎病菌具有良好抑制作用,可降低孢子萌发率,使菌丝生长形态异常,且抑菌特性稳定,对外界环境有很强的适应力和耐受性。

     

    Abstract: The results show that the fermenting liquor of BC98-Ⅰ and its antifungal crude extraction have a strong inhibiting effect on cucumber wilt disease, they can decrease the rate of spore germination and make the hyphae grow abnormally. Their antimicrobial character is stable and have good endurance to the outside environment.
