Abstract: For the purpose of establishing a good ecoenvironment in West China, four characteristics of the region are analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that the key problems of ecoenvironment worsened are the amelioration in lower efficiency and the slow improvements of ecoenvironment. Four reasons of inefficient amelioration are given in the paper, and the objectives and countermeasures of ecoenvironmental construction in West China are put forward.
