华北地区水资源危机与解决途径

Water resource crisis and the way overcoming it in Northern China

摘要: 对华北地区水资源现状分析表明，造成该区水资源危机的主要原因是水资源涵养地遭到严重破坏，水分利用效率低和大量水体被污染。指出解决该区水资源危机的根本出路是采取有效措施恢复太行山和燕山的森林植被，节约用水，提高农业水分利用效率，控制和治理水体污染。

Abstract: Water resource crisis in northern China is brought by the ecosystem collapse of water resource in nourishing and cherishing region,lower water utilization rate and a lot of water body pollution.The ways to solve the crisis are rebuilding forest vegetation in Taihang Mountain and Yanshan Mountain by carrying out powerful policies,saving water,increasing agriculture water utilization rate and controlling and dealing with pollution body.
