我国西北大开发中生态建设及农业支柱产业的选建

The ecological construction and the selection of major agro-industry in developmenting northwest China

摘要: 回顾了20世纪80年代我国西北地区植树种草的经验和教训，论述了在我国西北大开发中农业支柱产业的正确选建、粮食生产的准确定位和生态建设的重要性，并提出了急需进行科技创新的若干优先领域的建议。

Abstract: Experiences and lessons of afforestation and planting grass in northwest China in 1980s of the 20 century were reviewed.The selection of major agro-industry,foundation of appropriate grains strategy and meaning of ecological construction in developing northwest China were expounded,and the relevant research priorities have been proposed.
