Abstract: The industriaalization of rural economy is the upgrading strategies for increasing the financial incomes of county government and the people，and improving the eco-agricultural construction；and also is the only way to realize the sustainable development of rural economy based on analysis of the achievements of eco-agricultural construction in Baiquan County．
