Abstract: A case study on planning and construction of ecological engineering at a village level was carried out at Mazhuang Village,Xinji City of Hebei Province. The results testified that the application of village ecological engineering which includes installation horticulture as the key,plus forest, fruit,grass and animal husbandary is an effective way to construct intensive and high efficiency installation agriculture,and can improve farmland ecoenvironment and increase rural economic development.
