Abstract: Countermeasures for sustainable development in China are:Setting up macroscopic management and evaluation systems corresponding with sustainable development;promoting sustainable economic development by means of economy and mardet machine; setting up regulations of property right,distincting the property relationship,and realizing the sustainable utilization of resources,especially regeneration resources;accelerating the technical progress,promoting sustainable development.Legal system is the guarantee of the strategies of sustainable development.
