Abstract: Based on the analysis of the characteristics of agricultural ecoeconomic system concerned with the integrated rural energy eonstruetion，the relation of the integrated rural energy construction with the eco-environmental construction，and the importance of the programming for the integrated rural energy construction under the situation of market economy are discussed in this paPer．
