Abstract:
Agricultural environmental pollution prevention and control is the core issue of global ecological environmental protection. This paper combs through the current reality of China’s agricultural environmental pollution characteristics and prevention and control of the dilemma, on this basis, analyzes the logical basis and key issues of the digital technology-enabled prevention and control of agricultural environmental pollution, and puts forward the realization of the path of agricultural environmental pollution prevention and control of the digital technology-enabled. The study found that the current agricultural environmental pollution prevention and control work in China has achieved relatively efficient and stable governance results. However, agricultural environmental pollution has not yet been fundamentally curbed, and there are still problems such as greater pressure on prevention and control at the source, deficiencies in the regulatory and standard system, a weak foundation for pollution monitoring, and an urgent need to strengthen the regulatory capacity. From the perspective of the logical basis of digital technology to empower the prevention and control of agricultural environmental pollution, theoretically, digital technology can empower the prevention and control of agricultural environmental pollution to become more precise, transparent and efficient. In practice, digital technology innovation has created favorable conditions for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to prevent and control agricultural environmental pollution. Policy enhancement and optimization have provided significant opportunities for digital technology empowerment, while balancing economic and environmental benefits has opened up vast possibilities for the transformation of traditional extensive agriculture. At present, digital technology to enable the prevention and control of agricultural environmental pollution needs to pay attention to the quality and efficiency of data collection, strengthening data analysis and model prediction, improving the intelligent decision support system, and balancing the cost and benefit of the technology. On this basis, this paper builds a digital technology-enabled prevention and control path of agricultural environmental pollution, including improving the policy mechanism of agricultural environmental pollution prevention and control, promoting producers to reach a consensus on collective action, bringing together the synergies of multiple social governance bodies, and creating a deep integration of industry, academia, and research into an innovation consortium.
