安徽省耕地生态安全评价及障碍因子分析

Evaluation of cultivated land ecological security and obstacle factor analysis in Anhui Province

  • 摘要: 耕地生态安全是保障粮食安全与生态文明建设的基石, 通过科学评价其生态安全水平, 有利于推动耕地资源“保数量、提质量、护生态”协同目标的实现。本研究利用压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型构建耕地生态安全指标体系, 结合组合权重和综合指数法, 评估2010—2020年安徽省耕地生态安全的时空变化, 同时利用障碍度模型, 进行耕地生态安全保护分区, 探究影响安徽省各市耕地生态安全的障碍因子。结果表明: 1) 2010—2020年安徽省耕地生态安全压力子系统分值先降再升, 状态子系统分值波动提升, 但响应子系统分值呈持续下降态势, 各子系统的低分值区域范围均在不同程度上有所扩大。2)耕地生态安全在时间尺度上表现稳定, 分值在0.48上下小幅波动, 整体处于临界安全等级; 在空间尺度上, 异质性明显, 表现出较为显著的“圈层式”形态, 即以合肥为中心的区域耕地生态安全状况明显低于其他区域。3)人均耕地面积、人口密度和单位耕地面积农药负荷是压力子系统的主要障碍因子, 复种指数、土地垦殖率和第一产业占GDP比重是状态子系统的主要障碍因子, 农业财政支出比例、森林覆盖率和农民可支配收入是响应子系统的主要障碍因子。综上, 安徽省应注重农业产业结构调整, 发挥区域优势, 减少农药使用, 加大农业发展资金投入, 推动农业绿色发展, 优化耕地生态安全服务功能, 实现耕地资源的可持续发展。

     

    Abstract: The ecological security of cultivated land is a cornerstone for ensuring food security and ecological civilization construction. Through scientific evaluation, it is conducive to promoting realization of the coordinated goals of “preserving quantity, improving quality and protecting ecology” of cultivated land resources. This study constructs an ecological security index system for cultivated land using a pressure-state-response (PSR) model. By combining the combination weighting and comprehensive index methods, spatiotemporal changes in the ecological security of cultivated land in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2020 were evaluated. The obstacle degree model was used to divide the protection pattern zones of cultivated land ecological security and explore the obstructive factors affecting the ecological security of cultivated land in various cities in Anhui Province. The results showed that: 1) From 2010 to 2020, the pressure subsystem score of cultivated land ecological security in Anhui Province first decreased and then increased, the state subsystem score showed fluctuating improvement, whereas the response subsystem score showed a downward trend. Low scoring regions in each subsystem expanded to varying degrees. 2) The ecological security of cultivated land remained stable over time, with the score fluctuating slightly at approximately 0.48. Overall, this was a critical safety level. Regarding spatial scale, heterogeneity was distinct, showing a relatively significant “layered” pattern, that is, the ecological security status of cultivated land in the region centered around Hefei City was lower than that in other regions. 3) The primary obstacles in the pressure subsystem were the cultivated land area per capita, population density, and pesticide load per unit of cultivated land. The primary obstacles in the state subsystem were the multiple cropping index, land reclamation rate, and share of primary industry in GDP. The primary obstacles in the response subsystem were the proportion of agricultural fiscal expenditure, forest coverage, and disposable income of rural residents. In conclusion, Anhui Province should focus on adjusting its agricultural industrial structure, leveraging regional advantages, reducing the use of pesticides, increasing investment in agricultural development funds, promoting green agricultural development, and optimizing the ecological security service function of cultivated land, thereby achieving sustainable cultivated land resource development.
