现代农业经营体系的发展对农业绿色生产效率的影响
The influence of the development of modern agricultural management system on agricultural green production efficiency

摘要: 现代农业经营体系的构建将成为促进农业绿色发展的新兴动力, 梳理其影响机制将对转变农业生产方式, 实现现代化高效农业具有重要意义。本文基于2011-2022年我国31个省级行政单位的面板数据, 在分别使用熵值法与SBM模型测算我国现代农业经营体系发展水平与农业绿色生产效率的基础上, 通过双向固定效应模型、异质性检验和门槛效应分析对现代农业经营体系促进农业绿色生产效率提高进行了实证分析。结果表明: 现代农业经营体系与农业绿色生产效率近年来均表现为上升趋势, 在时空分布上具有相似性。现代农业经营体系的发展能够促进农业绿色生产效率的提高, 其效果主要通过促进绿色技术进步来实现, 从分项维度来看, 产出指数的影响力最强。分地区来看, 中部与西部的影响系数较大, 东部最小, 粮食主产区与主销区的影响系数较小, 产销平衡区最大。进一步通过门槛模型验证可知, 现代农业经营体系对农业绿色生产效率存在非线性的影响, 即随着社会经济的发展和农业经济发展水平的提高, 现代农业经营体系的效用会出现边际效用递减。本研究为实现农业绿色发展转型提供了可行的路径与政策依据。Abstract: The construction of modern agricultural management system will become a new driving force to promote the green development of agriculture, and sorting out its influence mechanism will be of great significance to transform agricultural production mode and realize modern and efficient agriculture. Based on the panel data of 31 provincial administrative units in China from 2011 to 2022, this paper uses entropy method and SBM model respectively to measure the development level of China's modern agricultural management system and agricultural green production efficiency. Through two-way fixed effect model, heterogeneity test and threshold effect analysis, the modern agricultural management system to promote the improvement of agricultural green production efficiency was empirically analyzed. The results showed that both modern agricultural management system and agricultural green production efficiency showed an upward trend in recent years, and they were similar in temporal and spatial distribution. The development of modern agricultural management system can promote the improvement of agricultural green production efficiency, and its effect is mainly achieved by promoting the progress of green technology. From the sub-dimension, the output index has the strongest influence. In terms of regions, the influence coefficient of central and western regions is larger, the eastern region is the smallest, the influence coefficient of main grain producing areas and main sales areas is smaller, and the production and marketing balance area is the largest. Through the threshold model verification, it can be seen that the modern agricultural management system has a non-linear impact on the agricultural green production efficiency, that is, with the development of social economy and the improvement of the development level of agricultural economy, the utility of the modern agricultural management system will show a diminishing marginal utility. This study provides a feasible path and policy basis for realizing the transformation of agricultural green development.
