安徽省耕地生态安全评价及障碍因子分析

Evaluation of cultivated land ecological security and analysis of obstacle factors in Anhui Province

  • 摘要: 耕地生态安全是保障粮食安全与生态文明建设的基石, 通过科学评价其生态安全水平, 有利于推动耕地资源“保数量、提质量、护生态”协同目标的实现。本研究利用压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型构建耕地生态安全指标体系, 结合组合权重法和综合指数法, 评估2010—2020年安徽省耕地生态安全的时空变化, 同时利用障碍度模型, 进行耕地生态安全保护分区, 探究影响安徽省各市耕地生态安全的障碍因子。结果表明: 1) 2010—2020年安徽省耕地生态安全压力子系统分值先降再升, 状态子系统分值波动提升, 但响应子系统分值呈持续下降态势, 各子系统的低分值区域范围均在不同程度上有所扩大。2)耕地生态安全在时间尺度上表现稳定, 分值在0.48上下小幅波动, 整体处于临界安全等级; 在空间尺度上, 异质性明显, 表现出较为显著的“圈层式”形态, 即以合肥为中心的区域耕地生态安全状况明显低于其他区域。3)人均耕地面积、人口密度和单位耕地面积农药负荷是压力子系统的主要障碍因子, 复种指数、土地垦殖率和第一产业占GDP比重是状态子系统的主要障碍因子, 农业财政支出比例、森林覆盖率和农民可支配收入是响应子系统的主要障碍因子。综上, 安徽省应注重农业产业结构调整、发挥区域优势、减少农药施用、加大农业发展资金投入等, 推动农业绿色发展, 优化耕地生态安全服务功能, 实现耕地资源的可持续发展。

     

    Abstract: The ecological security of cultivated land is the cornerstone for ensuring food security and ecological civilization construction. Through scientific evaluation, it is conducive to promoting the realization of the coordinated goals of “preserving quantity, improving quality and protecting ecology” of cultivated land resources. This study constructed an ecological security index system for cultivated land using the pressure-state-response (PSR) model. By combining the combination weighting method and the comprehensive index method, the spatio-temporal changes in the ecological security of cultivated land in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2020 were evaluated. Meanwhile, the obstacle degree model was used to divide the protection pattern zones of cultivated land ecological security and explore the obstructive factors affecting the cultivated land ecological security in various cities of Anhui Province. The results show that: 1) From 2010 to 2020, the score of the pressure subsystem of cultivated land ecological security in Anhui Province first decreased and then increased, the score of the state subsystem showed fluctuating improvement, while the score of the response subsystem showed a downward trend. The areas with low scores in each subsystem expanded to varying degrees. 2) The ecological security of cultivated land was stable on the time scale, with the score fluctuating slightly around 0.48. Overall, it was at the critical security level. In terms of spatial scale, the heterogeneity was obvious, showing a relatively significant “layered” pattern, that is, the ecological security status of cultivated land in the area centered on Hefei City is significantly lower than that in other areas. 3) The main obstacle factors in the pressure subsystem were cultivated land area per capita, population density and pesticide load per unit of cultivated land. The main obstacle factors in the state subsystem were multiple cropping index, land reclamation rate, and share of primary industry in GDP. The main obstacle factors in the response subsystem were proportion of agricultural fisical expenditure, forest coverage and disposable income of rural residents. In conclusion, Anhui Province should focus on adjusting the agricultural industrial structure, leveraging regional advantages, reducing the use of pesticide, and increasing investment in agricultural development funds, to promote green agricultural development, optimize the ecological security service function of cultivated land, and achieve sustainable development of cultivated land resources.
