现代农业经营体系的发展对农业绿色生产效率的影响

The influence of the development of modern agricultural management system on agricultural green production efficiency

  • 摘要: 现代农业经营体系的构建将成为促进农业绿色发展的新兴动力, 梳理其影响机制将对转变农业生产方式, 实现现代化高效农业具有重要意义。本文基于2011—2022年我国30个省级行政单位的面板数据, 在分别使用熵值法与SBM模型测算我国现代农业经营体系发展水平与农业绿色生产效率的基础上, 通过双向固定效应模型、异质性检验和门槛效应实证分析现代农业经营体系对农业绿色生产效率的影响。结果表明: 现代农业经营体系的发展能够促进农业绿色生产效率的提高, 这一结果在经过一系列稳健性检验与工具变量检验后依旧成立; 现代农业经营体系未对农业绿色技术效率表现出显著作用, 对农业绿色技术进步表现为促进作用。分地区来看, 地形起伏度越大的地区, 现代农业经营体系越难发挥促进农业绿色发展的效用; 数字经济发展越好的地区, 现代农业经营体系越能促进农业绿色生产效率提升。进一步通过门槛模型验证可知, 现代农业经营体系对农业绿色生产效率存在非线性的影响, 一方面随着社会经济的发展, 现代农业经营体系的效用越强, 另一方面随着农业经济发展水平的提高, 现代农业经营体系的效用会出现边际效用递减。本研究为构建现代农业经营体系, 实现农业绿色发展转型提供了可行的路径与政策依据。

     

    Abstract: The construction of modern agricultural management system will become a new driving force to promote the green development of agriculture, and sorting out its influence mechanism will be of great significance to transform agricultural production mode and realize modern and efficient agriculture. Based on the panel data of 30 provincial administrative units in China from 2011 to 2022, this paper uses entropy method and SBM model respectively to measure the development level of China's modern agricultural management system and agricultural green production efficiency. The influence of modern agricultural management system on agricultural green production efficiency was empirically analyzed by two-way fixed effect model, heterogeneity test and threshold effect analysis. The results show that the development of modern agricultural management system can promote the improvement of agricultural green production efficiency, and this result is still valid after a series of robustness tests and instrumental variables tests. The modern agricultural management system has no significant effect on the efficiency of agricultural green technology, but promotes the progress of agricultural green technology. From the perspective of different regions, the greater the topographic relief, the more difficult it is for modern agricultural management system to play its role in promoting the green development of agriculture. The better the development of the digital economy, the more the modern agricultural management system can promote the improvement of agricultural green production efficiency. The threshold model is further verified to show that the modern agricultural management system has a non-linear impact on the agricultural green production efficiency. On the one hand, with the development of social economy, the utility of the modern agricultural management system becomes stronger; on the other hand, with the improvement of the development level of agricultural economy, the marginal utility of the modern agricultural management system will decrease. This study provides a feasible path and policy basis for constructing modern agricultural management system and realizing the transformation of agricultural green development.
