渗透胁迫下小麦幼苗CaM含量变化及其与含水量的关系研究

The changes of CaM content and its relation to water content under osmotic stress in wheat seedlings

  • 摘要: 试验研究结果表明,PEG-6000(-0.73MPa)渗透胁迫下小麦幼苗含水量降低,胁迫12h时叶片钙调素(CaM)迅速增加,之后低于对照,而根系在胁迫12h时钙调素含量降低,胁迫48h时达到高峰后迅速下降。渗透胁迫下氯丙嗪(100μmol/L)降低叶片相对含水量及干物质量,增大根系质膜透性,抑制根系和叶片的伸长。

     

    Abstract: The research results show that under osmotic stress at -0.73MPa caused by PEG-6000(25%,w/v),the content of water in seedlings is decreased,and the content of CaM(Calmodulin)in leaves increases rapidly,and reaches the higher level at 12h of stress,is lower than that of the control afterwards;however,the content of CaM in roots decreases at 12h of stress,and then increases to a peak at 48h,and declines quickly in the end.Under the above osmotic stress,the addition of exogenous CPZ(100μmol/L),a CaM antagonist,can decrease obviously the relative water content (RWC)and dry matter weight of leaves,enhance the membrane permeability,and also inhibit the elongation of leaves and roots.
