低温对单、双瓣茉莉叶片细胞膜透性的影响

Effects of low temperature on the permeability of cell membrane in leaf blade of two cultivars of Jasmimum sambac

  • 摘要: 试验研究低温对单、双瓣茉莉叶片细胞膜相对透性和K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、可溶性糖外渗量的影响结果表明,单、双瓣茉莉品种叶片细胞膜相对透性和K+、Mg2+、Ca2+、可溶性糖外渗量均随处理温度的下降而增加,同一处理温度下随低温处理时间的延长,单、双瓣茉莉品种细胞膜相对透性逐渐增大。认为单瓣茉莉属不耐寒植物,而双瓣茉莉属低度耐寒植物。

     

    Abstract: The influence of low temperature on the permeability of cell membrane and the extravasation contents of K+, Mg2+, Ca2+and soluble sugar in leaf blade of two cultivars of Jasmimum sambac was surveyed. The results show that the relative permeability of cell membrane and the extravasation contents such as K+, Mg2+, Ca2+and soluble sugar in two cultivars increase with the decrease of processing temperature, the relative permeability of cell membrane in two cultivars increase with the increase of low temperature duration. The above data suggest that the two cultivars of Jasminum sabac will be subjected to freezing injury under subzero low temperature, and Jasminum sabac(sigle petal) is more sensitive to chilling injury than Jasminum sabac(double petal).
