不同来源畜禽粪中磷铜锌化学形态及释放潜力研究

Form and release potential of P,Cu and Zn of animal manure from different sources

  • 摘要: 对分别采自规模化养殖场和农户散养的牛粪、猪粪、鸡粪等6种畜禽粪的化学组成分析表明,规模化养殖场畜禽粪中磷、铜和锌含量明显高于农户散养的相应畜禽粪,而磷素含量一般是鸡粪>猪粪>牛粪;畜禽粪中磷、铜和锌主要以可提取态存在,具较高的生物有效性;畜禽粪中可提取态磷、铜和锌占总磷、铜和锌的比例一般是规模化养殖场的高于农户散养.用去离子水连续提取表明,规模化养殖场畜禽粪中水可提取的磷、铜和锌的浓度及其占总含量的比例均明显高于相应的农户散养畜禽粪.结果表明,与农户散养的畜禽粪相比,农田施用由规模化养殖场产生的畜禽粪更易导致磷、铜和锌的流失.
