摘要: 在广泛收集数据的基础上，运用多层次主成分分析方法，通过建立生态环境竞争力评价指标体系，全面剖析了中国部分省区生态环境竞争力的现状、排名及原因，为各地区生态建设和环境保护政策的制定提供参考。

Abstract: Based on extensive data,utilizing multi-level component analysis method,setting up eco-environment competitive power evaluation factor framework,the text analyzes completly the eco-environment competitive power of some provinces and regions of the country.The results can be used as scientific base for policy regulations on ecology construction and environment protection.
