土壤施用脲酶抑制剂醌氢醌后蕹菜体内氮代谢的变化研究

Changes of N metabolismin water spinach after applying quinhydrone in soil

  • 摘要: 盆栽试验研究施用醌氢醌后蕹菜体内N代谢的变化结果表明,醌氢醌使蕹菜叶片硝酸还原酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶和谷酰胺合成酶活性、总N及蛋白质含量提高,游离氨基酸含量降低。盆栽蕹菜醌氢醌适宜用量为20~40mg/kg

     

    Abstract: Changes of N metabolism in water spinach after applying different levels of quinhydrone in soil were studied by pot experiment.The results show that the activities of nitrate reductase,glutamate dehydrogenase and glutamine synthetase in water spinach leaves are enhanced,the contents of total N and protein are increased, but the content of free amno acid is decreased.The suitable level of quinhydrone for water spinach in pot experiment is 20~40mg/kg.
