  • 摘要: 不同水分条件对盆栽烤烟“G80”品种主要化学成分的影响研究结果表明,经不同淹水处理后烟株中、上部烟叶总糖、K和烟碱含量减少,总N 和蛋白质含量增加,且均达极显著水平,这2种变化趋势均随处理水平的升高而增大;不同生育期干旱处理烟株、上部烟叶总糖、烟碱和总N含量极显著上升,K和蛋白质含量极显著下降,但伸根期和成熟期干旱处理间烟株中部烟叶主要化学成分无显著差异。

     

    Abstract: Effects of water conditions on the main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco variety “G80’’under potculturing were studied.The results show that the total sugar,K and nicotine contents of the middle and superior leaves decreaSe and the total N and protein contents increase.reaching very significant levels by flooding treatments.The two changing tendencies increase with the increase of the treatment levels.The total sugar,nicotine and total N contents of the middle and superior leaves rise,K and protein contents decline very significantly,but there are no significant differences in the main chemical components of the middle leaves between root extension period and mature period by drying treat-merits.
