摘要: 阐述了林业生态经济在全面建设我国小康社会中的重要作用，井提出建立以森林植被为主体的国土生态安全体系，实施林业6大生态工程建设，推进林业经营5大转变，实现林业跨跃式可持续发展的林业建设总体发展思路。

Abstract: The function of forestry eco-economics in our construction of society is stated and the development stratagem of forestry construction is put forward in this paper．It includes that constructing the land eco-safety system ，implementing“6 eco-engineerings”of forestry，improving “5 changes”of forestry management，and carrying out the sustainable development of forestry construction．
