河南省野菜资源开发利用探析

The exploitation and utilization of wild vegetable resources in Henan Province

  • 摘要: 河南省野菜资源有415种隶属91科226属,阐述了该省野菜资源的地理分布和野菜资源开发利用现状,分析了野菜种类特点、生物学性状、食用部位、采集时期和生境等,并提出合理开发利用野菜资源的对策。

     

    Abstract: The wild vegetable resources in Henan Province involve 91 families,226 genera and 415 species .Their geographical distribution,exploitation and utilization are stated and the characteristics of species ,biological properties,eatable parts,collection time and growth environment are also analyzed.Finally,the ways of rational exploitation and utilization of wild vegetable resources are put forward.
