Abstract: The importance and urgency of strengthening eco-agricultural construction are analyzed in the new century.Objectives, tasks, claims, modes of management, and industrial forms of eco-agricultural development are stated also.Ecoenvironmental and eco-agricultural construction on a large scale, enhancement of foundation status of agriculture and eco-agricultural construction, establishment of ecological county strategy and eco-agricultural development strategy must coordinately develop to strengthen eco-agricultural construction. System, technique, ecology must be organically unified to construct Chinese eco-agricultural development models and develop a coordinate way of agricultural modernization,ecologilization,knowledgezation and sustainable development.
