白骨壤种群遗传变异及分化的生态分析研究

Study on the ecological analysis of genetic variation and ecological differentiation of Avicennia marina populations

  • 摘要: 白骨壤(Avicennia marina)为红树植物。采用垂直板型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定了5个白骨壤种群遗传多样性、遗传分化,分析了白骨壤种群的样地气候和土壤理化指标。研究结果表明,环境因子与白骨壤种群的Aat-1A,Aat-1D,Me-1B,Me-1C 4个等位基因相关性显著,说明环境因子对这4个等位基因具有选择压力,他们的变化与环境变量有关。

     

    Abstract: Avicennia marina is mangrove plant. Genetic diversity and genetic differentiation were measured with the assay of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in Avicennia marina populations.and climate and chemistry physical as characteristic of soils were analyzed in sampling sites of 5 Avicennia marian populations. The ecological analyses of genetic variation and ecological differentiation of Avicennia marina populations were studied. The environmental factors have a significant relation with 4 alleles including Aat-1A,Aat-1D,Me-1B,Me-1C,showing that the environmental factors which relate with the alleles have selective pressure on the 4 alleles,and the 4 alleles varied with the environmental factors.
