摘要: 提出了我国第2个50年的两大战略任务，指出我国已探索出一条经济建设的新路，生态时代已降临中华大地。强调控制人口，建设山区是生态时代亟需解决的重要问题。

Abstract: Two strategic tasks of the second 50 years in China has been advanced.It is pointed out that a new way of economic construction has been explored, and the ecological era has come to the earth of China. It is emphasized that controlling population and building mountainous region are important problems to be solved in ecological era.
