华北平原水资源供需与作物水分利用效率指征分析

Supply and demand of water resources and analysis of crop water use efficiency in the North China Plain

摘要: 水资源短缺，地下水位大面积下降，是限制华北平原农业可持续发展的重要原因。分析研究了可持续农业水资源利用的内涵、农田水分利用效率的指征和调控指标等方面内容，为华北平原地区农业水资源高效利用及其可持续管理提供科学依据。

Abstract: The shortage of water and the falling of ground water level are important factors limiting sustainable agricultural development in the North China Plain(NCP).Researches include supply and deman of water resources in the NCP,the connotation of water resources utilization based on sustainable agriculture,indicators and their quantification of field crop water use efficiency while the regulating indicators have been analyzed.It provides scientific basis for efficient water use and sustainable management of water resources in the NCP.
