烯效唑抑制小麦黑胚病及促进黑胚粒发芽作用的研究

The effects of uniconazol on inhibition of wheat black embryo disease and germination rate and emergenee of the black embryo grains

  • 摘要: 试验结果表明,烯效唑对小麦黑胚病菌有强烈的抑制作用,低浓度(5~15mg/kg)烯效唑可抑制黑胚病对黑胚粒发芽、出苗的影响,促进黑胚粒的发芽和出苗;高浓度(20mg/kg)烯效唑则抑制黑胚粒发芽和出苗;用10~15mg/kg烯效唑浸种可预防和防治小麦黑胚病发生,而且幼苗生长旺盛,根系发达。目前河北省推广的小麦品种黑胚率为11.1%,严重者高达42.8%。链格孢菌(Atternaria tenuis)是导致小麦黑胚病发生的主要病原菌,占病原分离物的91.4%。

     

    Abstract: Currently 91.4% of the black embryo grains in commercial cultivated wheat varieties are caused by Alternaria tenuis.The infection rate of black embryo disease for most commercial wheat varieties is about 11.1%,with a few seriously affected up to 42.8%.Lower concentration uniconazol(5~15mg/kg)can increase germination rate and emergence of the black embryo grains,and improve the seedling growth.while higher concentration uniconazol (20mg/kg),on the contrary,inhibit the germination and emergence.Seed soaking with 15mg/kg uniconazol can also prevent the black embryo disease.
