下垫面性质对食用菌高效生态栽培环境--空气中微生物区系影响的研究

Effects of under-lying surface characters on the environment of high eficiency cultivation of edible fungus--microflora in atmosphere

  • 摘要: 对不同性质的6个位点进行的系统测定研究证明,下垫面性质和特点对近地表层空气中微生物数量及区系组成具有决定性影响。周年微生物数量顺序为厩舍外>老菌园>办公室内>老菌场外>新菌园>林地。厩舍外空气微生物区系中细菌占明显优势,而食用菌老栽培地(老菌园)则以真菌占优势。建议在食用菌栽培选址和其他人类生活选址中,应将环境微生物特点作为预先考虑的环境生态因素之一。

     

    Abstract: The systematic investigations on six sites with different characters showed that the characters and properties of under-lying surface have determinative effects on the species and quantity of microbe.The order of microorganism quantity at different places is that:Outside of barnyard>old fungus garden>inside of office>outside of old fungus garden>new fungus garden>woodland.The dominating species is germ outside of barnyard,and fungus at fungus garden.It was suggested that the environmental microbe be considered in choicing bacteria growing sites.
