摘要: 依据流域生态经济系统规划特征，用目标规划法进行流域生态经济系统规划。以黄土高原地区为例，建立了相应的流域生态经济系统目标规划模型，并分析了规划模型的运行过程。Abstract: Based on the characteristics of watershed eco-economic system planning,the goal programming method was selected to conduct the programming process.Taking the Loess Plateau as an example,a goal programming model for watershed eco-economic system was established and its running process was analyzed.
