  • 摘要: 分析了坝上牧农区公有草地超载过牧多年不得解决的原因及其造成的严重后果，提出了解决超载过牧的有效对策。

     

    Abstract: The serious consequences of excessive grazing existing in the public grassland in Bashang region is discussed,the reseasons why this problem hasn't been solved for years are analysed,and effective strategies for solving this urgent problem in future are put forward in the paper.
