淀粉凝胶与植物组织培养I.玉米淀粉凝胶培养基对苹果砧木组培分化和生长的影响

Corn Starch Gel and Plant Tissue Culture I. Effects of Corn Starch Gel Medium on Differentiation and Growth of Malus Zumi and M26

  • 摘要: 本文报告了玉米淀粉凝胶取代琼脂凝胶组培苹果砧木珠美海棠和M26的研究结果,发现玉米淀粉凝胶培养基不但使组培成本降低30%以上,而且能提高两种植物的生根率达34%和生根诱导的同步性,生根培养时间明显缩短。在增殖培养中玉米淀粉凝胶培养基能明显促进M26砧木的芽分化和生长,叶片宽度增加和叶色加深,但株美海棠增殖培养初期芽苗高生长受到抑制,茎粗显著增加,绿色加深。

     

    Abstract: Studies showed that corn starch (CS) as medium gel for tissue culture of Malus zumi and M26 not only raised rooting rate of shoot segments to 87-98%,which was 34% higher than Agar medium,but also had synchronizing effects on rooting induction.When in proliferating culture CS medium promoted differentiation of shoots,especially increased chlorophyll content and width of the seaves.Nevertheless the height of M. Zumi plantlet was relatively inhabited,while the stem width was increased.Such effects of CS gel medium were belived to be mainly dependent on bioactive factors possibly in CS.The authors suggested that CS gel medium could replace Agar to reduce medium cost and be employed in micropropagation of Malus species.
