农作物结构调整在农业减灾决策中的作用

The Effects of Crop Structure Adjustment on Agricultural Disaster Reduction Decision

  • 摘要: 本文利用辽宁省新民县五种主要粮食作物的单产分析了在不同年型下的作物气候适应性指数,并利用线性规划方法解决了在不同年型下的作物结构调整方案,为农业减灾和高产稳定提供了依据。结果表明:在丰年情况下粮食总产值分别可提高8.85%和8.17%;在平年情况下粮食总产量和总产值分别可提高20.49%和19.86%;在歉年情况下粮食总产量和总产值分别可提高20.15%和19.30%;如果不分年型,粮食总产量和总产值分别可增加8.86%和7.97%。

     

    Abstract: The climatic suitable index for crops under different climatic years are analysed by using the unit production of five main crops in Xinmin county of Liaoning Province.Then the schemes of crop structure adjustment for different climatic years are put formard basedon linear programming.This provides the basis for reducing agricultural disasters and keeping high and steady agricultural production.Under the adjusted crop structure the total grain output and value would be increased 8.85 percent and 8.17 percent,respectively,in bumper years,in normal years the increase wouldbe 20.49 percent and 19.86 percent and in lean years the increase would be 20.15 percent and 19.30 percent.If the type of the year is not concerned,the average increase rate would be 8.86 percent and 7.79 percent,respectively.
